Insurance
Clinical Kinesiology might get insurance coverage, depending on your policy.
Although I require payment at the time of service, I am happy to give you a statement that you can submit to your insurance company.
Since I am not licensed to diagnose people with anything, you’ll need to get a Diagnosis Code from a licensed medical authority (ie: a doctor of some sort.) You can let your doctor know that the work I do falls under CPT Code NMT97112.
Once you have your Diagnosis Code, I suggest that you call your insurance company and ask if that CPT Code is covered given your Diagnosis Code. They might give you the runaround, so just be calmly persistent.
I will always be considered an Out-Of-Network Provider.
I hope that helps. If you have any other questions, please email me at matthew@3aspens.com.
